Nearly one in five adults in the U.S. experiences a mental health issue, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. At One Medical we launched a campaign to highlight the mental health epidemic and show people facing these issues that they’re not alone.

We teamed up with four-time Grammy-winning songwriter Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd to create a song featuring lyrics from over 200 anonymous internet posts about mental health.
